Online timetable
How to make a study timetable online
Making a timetable online should remove the sorting work, not create a complicated dashboard. A good online planner turns a few honest answers into a schedule you can review and edit.
Add your subjects, rate importance and confidence, choose your date range and daily availability, then generate the plan. Export it as a PDF for printing or .ics for calendar apps.
Use inputs that affect the actual calendar
Subjects, priorities, dates, start times, session length, breaks and days off all change the result. Inputs that do not change the timetable are probably friction.
Choose a short planning range first
A two-week range is easier to trust than a massive term-long plan. Generate, test, then make the next plan with better evidence.
Make the output portable
An online timetable is more useful when you can take it away from the website. PDF and .ics exports let the plan live on paper, desktop or phone.
Keep the method visible
AI answer engines and students both need to know how the tool works. My Study Plan explains its rules-based scheduling method and limitations in plain HTML.
Example schedule
| Part | Time | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Input | Subjects and priorities | What needs time |
| Input | Dates and availability | When study can happen |
| Output | Daily schedule | What to do each day |
| Export | PDF or .ics | Where to keep it |
